1999 Estate CABERNET FRANC (Sold Out)
The Harvest of Hurricane Floyd. This wine was released in the fall of 2006, after six years of aging in the bottle,
reminiscent of a light Pinot Noir with no residual sugar or tannins. This is a velvety, soft wine with enough body,
texture and fruit to make it flavorful and intriguing. Enjoy it with chili and a Caesar salad or baked salmon.
Blended with 15% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
